Salad Bowl with Yogurt Dressing (Vegan)

Preparation

1. Prepare the vegetables:
Wash the lettuce, tomatoes, corn, and other vegetables of your choice, cut them into bite-sized pieces, and arrange them in a large bowl or directly in bowls.

2. Prepare the couscous:
Soak the couscous in hot water according to the package instructions, fluff with a fork, and add to the vegetables.

3. Fry the vegan “chicken pieces”:
Heat a little oil in a pan, fry the vegan chicken pieces until golden brown, and arrange on top of the salad.

4. Mix the yogurt dressing:
Mix the soy yogurt with agave syrup, mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl until creamy.

5. Serve and enjoy:
Drizzle the dressing evenly over the bowl and serve immediately.

• 100 g cherry tomatoes
• 100 g corn (cooked or canned, drained)
• 100 g couscous (uncooked)
• 150 g vegan “chicken pieces”
• 200 g soy yogurt (unsweetened)
• 4 tsp agave syrup
• 2 tsp medium-hot mustard
• 4 tsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 0.5 tsp pepper
• A little oil for frying
